Meanwhile, Scott and his team finished their enormous rear fender and test-mounted a fat 280-series Metzeler. They also revealed their trick new radiator, a '64 Rambler American unit that's hidden in the frame. Finally, they mocked up a possible front end.

In the third episode (April), Scott's crew was mocking up parts before the final teardown and paint. We had a glimpse of the beautiful spoke wheels from Black Bike, a billet Ness-Tech front end, a Ness headlight, and modified Bub pipes. The next time we see Scott's bike, it'll be finished.
In this installment, we finally get a look at the frame Tim and his crew have been working on for a while. All the work was done in a preci-sion frame jig, and the quality really shows. Since they've previously only worked on American V-twins, the team had to fabricate new parts for the jig before they could even get started on the frame. But the extra work was clearly worth the effort — they came up with an impressive one-off frame with an incredible collection of custom-tabbed parts. Where will Tim's build go from here? Your guess is as good as ours. Stick around for Episode Four of our exclusive story.
